General License electronic application

This application can be submitted for Entertainment, Common Victualler, Carry-In, One-Day Liquor license or Farmers Market license requests. 


Please review fee schedules and license policies/procedures here.


Complete the application and attach required documentation. The application will be electronically submitted to the Select Board office.


Payment must be made by check.

2. Proof of adequate liability insurance (including alcohol insurance for on-premises liquor licenses)

3. Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance certificate;

4. Adequate TIPS certified documentation only for proposed Manager of on-premises liquor licenses).
