Complete the General License application online

This application can be completed for Entertainment, Common Victualler, Carry-In, One-Day Liquor license or Farmers Market license requests.

Please complete the application and attach required documentation. The application will be automatically submitted to the Select Board office.

Payment must be mailed to 13 Ayer Road.
